1. Three Paws and a Dog (To be offered to businesses only)
a. To be a "ONE PAW" sponsor, a business would donate no less than $100.00 to the K-9 unit of their choice and in return, would receive an acknowledgment on the website, (a form of advertising), as well as on the fliers for one year of events. They would also receive a framed certificate and a decal for the door or window of their business or car window to promote P.A.W. Stoppers and the adopt a Police K-9 Unit program.
b. To be a "TWO PAW" sponsor, a business would donate no less than $250.00 to the K-9 unit of their choice and in return, would receive an acknowledgment on the website, (a form of advertising), as well as on the fliers for one year of events, a plaque of thanks, and a decal for the door or window of their business or car window to promote P.A.W. Stoppers and the adopt a Police K-9 Unit program.
c.To be a "Three PAW" sponsor, a business would donate no less than $500.00 to the K-9 unit of their choice and in return, would receive an acknowledgment on the website, (a form of advertising), as well as on the fliers for one year of events, a plaque of thanks, a decal for the door or window of their business or car window to promote P.A.W. Stoppers and the adopt a Police K-9 Unit program, and an invitation to a private barbecue for them and their families during the summer months at Springdale Park and Pool.
d.To be a "DOG" sponsor, a business would donate no less than $1,000.00 to the K-9 unit of their choice and in return, would receive an acknowledgment on the website, (a form of advertising), as well as an acknowledgment as a sponsor, an advertisement on the fliers for one year of events, advertisement on a baseball card along with the picture of th K-9 unit they've adopted, a plaque of thanks, a decal for the door or window of their business or car window to promote P.A.W. Stoppers and the adopt a Police K-9 Unit program, and an invitation to a private barbecue for them and their families during the summer months at Springdale Park and Pool.
2. Adopt a Police K-9 Unit School Program (Individual school, classroom or school district)
note: All schools regardless of donation amount will receive recognitation on the website.
a. A "classroom" raising no less than $50.00 and no more than $250.00 will receive a baseball card picture of the K-9 unit of their choice for each student, to promote the adopt a K-9 Program and a visit to the classroom by that K-9 and his handler. They will also receive recognition on the websites a school sponsor.
b. A "classroom or individual school" raising no less than $250.00 and no more than $999.00 will be presented a plaque (from the K-9 unit of their choice) during a small ceremony at their school. A picture will be taken with the classroom that raised the largest amount of money will be posted on the website along with recognition as a school sponsor.
c. A "classroom, individual school, or school district" raising no less than $1000.00 will be presented a large plaque for the classroom, individual school, or school district to be displayed at that school, or for a school district, the school, the office of classroom of their choice. They will host at least two K-9 demonstrations at their school, but only by the adopted K-9 unit, but also by at least two other units located in their sector. The class raising the most money will receive two entrance passes (per student), valid for the current or upcoming season, (to be determined by the month of donation).
3. "Supporter donations" made to P.A.W. Stoppers by the general public of $25.00 or more will be acknowledged with a letter and
a "certificate or appreciation" by the department to whom the donation is directed. All other unspecified donations of $25.00 or more will be acknowledged by the officers or board members of P.A.W Stoppers.
Unless otherwise directed by the donating party/parties, funds raised through the "Adopt a Police K-9 Unit", will be used to:
1. assist with the purchase of a new K-9 unit and/or necessary equipment.
2. assist a retired K-9 unit with major veterinarian expenses ect., and if needed, the replacement of the retiring K-9 animal.
